About Chef Ann
Chef Ann is the CEO of Philly Cooking Lessons. Her culinary background started in NYC at the Institute of Culinary education where she worked under chefs Ted Siegel, Anne Burelle, and Einav Gefen. She has worked at Prune (NYC), Ansill Food & Wine and Meritage under Chef Anne Coll.
About Chef Zach
Zach Breeding, MS, RDN, LDN is a professional chef and registered, licensed dietitian in Philadelphia. Zach is currently the owner of a personalized nutrition consultation and off-site catering company, The-Sage: Nutritious Solutions, and clinical dietitian of the multidisciplinary practice and adult cystic fibrosis center at Drexel Medicine. He holds an undergraduate degree in Culinary Arts and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition from NYU.
About Chef Justin
Chef Justin learned to cook in his family’s restaurant on the Jersey shore. After culinary school, he entered the US Navy. The opportunity to travel while in the military helped shape Justin’s passion for different cuisines. Upon returning to dry land, Justin moved to Philadelphia where he has had the privilege of working for some of the city’s finest restaurateurs. He is now a catering sous chef at the Comcast Center, center city. He hopes to bring the ‘joy of life’ to your kitchen soon.
